Shipping & Returns

This Online Purchase Information governs purchases made through the website. Please read these policies carefully prior to making a purchase. Also, please be advised that these policies may change and you should review them from time-to-time as you use our site.

Payment

How do I pay for my order?

Aviska accepts PayPal and major credit cards as forms of payment for online purchases.

Is sales tax included?

Sales tax is not included in our product prices and will be added accordingly to your USA state’s tax rate in the checkout process.

Order Status

How do I know my order went through?

Upon ordering at shopaviska.com you will receive confirmation emails when:
Your order is received.
Your order is shipped.
If there are questions on your order.

Can I track my order online?

Yes. As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with your shipment and tracking details.

To track your order please visit our website and click on ORDER TRACKING in the footer. You will be able to track your order with your order ID and email used when placing the order.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier’s site.

Can I cancel or change my order?

All orders will be processed within approximately three (3) BUSINESS days provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. shopaviska.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the next Monday.

Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.

To CANCEL or MODIFY your order, please contact us at orders@shopaviska.com before 2pm PST. We will try to help, however we cannot guarantee any cancellation and modification.

Please note:
(1) we will not be able to cancel or modify your order after order has been processed (normally 2pm PST every day).

Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes so that we can expedite the processing of your order.

What if I lost my order number or accidentally deleted my order confirmation email?

No worry. Email us at orders@shopaviska.com and we will resend your order number.

Shipping

Domestic USA orders

shopaviska.com offers shipping via UPS, FedEx, and USPS for domestic delivery. Domestic orders are typically processed within two (2) BUSINESS days. Almost all orders that are submitted before 7:30 a.m. PST will receive same day shipping, and orders submitted before 10:30 a.m. PST get best effort at same day shipping.  Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package.

International orders

shopaviska.com offers shipping via UPS for international delivery. International orders are typically processed within two (2) BUSINESS days. Almost all orders that are submitted before 7:30 a.m. PST will receive same day shipping, and orders submitted before 10:30 a.m. PST get best effort at same day shipping. You are responsible for customs, duties, and taxes for international orders.  Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package.  You are responsible for customs, duties, and taxes for international orders.

Returns

Can I return my order?

As we certainly want you to be completely satisfied with all of your Aviska products, we will exchange or refund your order within 30 days of purchase if it is found to be defective or if it does not meet your expectations.

How do I return my order?

Our return policy is as stated:

A. If one of our products is not defective but does not meet your expectations; return it within 30 days of the date of receipt in its original condition, unwashed and unused.  Once the product is received we will issue you a refund for the product with shipping charges and a $5 restocking fee deducted.

B. If one of our products is found to be defective or was shipped to you in error, return it within 30 days of the date of receipt and we’ll cover the cost of shipping! Return it in its original condition, unwashed and unused for a full refund or exchange.

To request a refund or exchange, please send an email to returns@shopaviska.com with the following information:

1. Your original order number and the product you want to return
2. The reason why you are not completely satisfied
3. Whether you would like a refund or exchange.  If you would like an exchange please provide the new product you want us to ship.
4. The address you are planning to ship the product from.
5. If the product is defective or you were shipped the wrong product, attach a photo of the product showing the details of the issue.

Once we receive your return request we will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.  Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Returns for International Orders

We are happy to offer returns and exchanges from customers outside of the USA, however please be aware that you will be fully responsible for checking that all applicable taxes and duties are charged to you.  We are not responsible for extra taxes or duties and we will refuse the package if asked to pay duties/taxes.
